No. LMD-13011(13)/43/2026/417 .— WHEREAS, the land described in the Schedule appended hereto

has been donated by the Nyishi ELite Society, represented by General Secretary, NES, Er. Nabam Takar vide

Deed of Gift vide Notary No. 1429/Vol-VI Dated 5th May, 2026 and same is free from all encumbrances, for

public purpose namely for the establishment of Arunachal Pradesh College of Science and Skill Development

and related institutional infrastructures.

NOW THEREFORE, the land measuring 440596 Sqmtrs at Tarasso, under Balijan Sub-Division, Papum

Pare, District,Arunachal Pradesh,as described in the schedule shall be used for the purpose of establishment

of Arunachal College of Science and Skill Development and related institutional infrasructures.

The plan/map may be inspected at DC/DLRSO Office, Yupia, Papum Pare District.
