APSERC (Appointment of Consultant) (First Amendment) Regulation, 2026.

No. APSERC /Notification/56/2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred on Regulation (13) of Arunachal

Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultant) Regulation, 2024, APSERC

hereby makes Amendment in the above-mentioned regulations of 2024 published in the Extraordinary Gazette

of Arunachal Pradesh, dated 12th February, 2024.

1.

Short title, commencement and interpretation : (1) These Regulations may be called the APSERC

(Appointment of Consultant), (First Amendment) Regulation, 2026.

(2)

These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.

(3)

These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the State's official Gazette.

Amendment in schedule IV for travel entitlements within the country :

In Schedule IV of the Principal Regulations, against the category ‘Staff Consultant’, the existing

entry under the heading ‘Mode of Travel’ shall be substituted by the following:

Category

Mode of Travel

Staff Consultant

Upto 700km : AC-II Tier (Rail)

Above 700km : Economy Class Air Fare
