No. CLMCA-11015/1/2025/123.—1.

In exercise of powers conferred under Rule-7(1), Sub-Rule (6) of

Arunachal Pradesh Consumer Protection (Second Amendment) Rules, 2005, Shri Minte Siga, Controller,

Department of Legal Metrology and Consumer Affairs, Government of Arunachal Pradesh is hereby engaged

in the Arunachal Pradesh State Consumer Redressal Commission (State Commission) as Registrar on

part-time basis in addition to his normal duties with effect from 16th June, 2026.

The aforesaid officer engaged in the Arunachal Pradesh State Consumer Redressal Commission

(State Commission) on part-time basis will be paid remuneration @ 20% of his basic pay per month and

other allowances, as may be admissible under provision of the Arunachal Pradesh Consumer Protection

Rule, 2005, as amended upto date.

This is issued with the approval of competent authority vide Computer No. 223943,

dated 15th June, 2026.

This supersedes earlier Notification No. CLMCA-11015/1/2025, 6th March, 2025.
