CORRIGENDUM

The 24th April, 2026

No. LMD-13011(14)/10/2025/183.— WHEREAS, a Declaration Notification under Section 19 of

LARR Act, 2013 was issued vide No. LMD-13011(14)/10/2025/1948 dated 19th March, 2026, wherein the

PAF’s Father name and surname has been mentioned as Shri Tadu-Muri Mugli instead of Shri Tadu Mugli in

the schedule and also the requiring body’s letter number has been partially reflected in the said notification.

AND NOW THEREFORE, as requested by Deputy Commissioner, Kamle District, Raga vide his

letter No. DC/KAM/LM-418/2021/940-942 dated 20th March, 2026, the PAF’s Father name and surname is

now hereby corrected and may now be read as “Shri Tadu Mugli instead of Shri Tadu-Muri Mugli” and

the requisition letter of requiring body may be read as “Vide No. NER/APCOMP/Daporijo/501/812

dated 24th May, 2025 instead of vide No. NER/APCOMP/Daporijo/501/812 dated 24th May”.

All other content of the notification will remain same.
