No. HOME-12040/1/2023/500.— In continuation of this Department’s earlier Notification No. HOME-

12040/1/2023 dated 4th March, 2025 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) of Section 9

of the Arunachal Pradesh Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 2014, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is

pleased to extend the tenure of Advisory Board consisting of the following members for the purpose of

reviewing the cases of persons detained under the Arunachal Pradesh Unlawful Activities (Prevention)

Act, 2014 :

1. Justice Achintya Malla Bujor Barua (Retd.)

Chairman

2. Shri Nanne Lowang, Senior Government Advocate, Gauhati High Court,

Member

Itanagar Permanent Bench.

3. Shri Ajin Apang, Senior Advocate, Gauhati High Court, Itanagar

Member

Permanent Bench.

The tenure of the Advisory Board shall be for 1 year from the date of issue of this notification.
