NOTIFICATION

No. LAE/96/2026/865.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section 3 of Section 7 of the

Code on Social Security, 2020, read with Rule 5 (1)(a) and Rule 5(2)(a) of the Code on Social Security

(Arunachal Pradesh) Rules, 2021 and in supersession of the earlier notification vide No. LAB(W)14/2015/2943

dated 29th October, 2023, except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,

the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to re-appoint Shri Rolen Dagam as the Chairperson of the

Arunachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, with immediate effect to

exercise the powers conferred and perform the functions assigned in the aforementioned Code and Rules

made thereunder.

The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is further pleased to order that the second term of Shri Rolen

Dagam as Chairperson of the Arunachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board

shall be for a period of three years with effect from end of his first tenure.

The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is further pleased to order that the terms and conditions of

appointment, Salaries, TA/DA shall be governed by the Code on Social Security (Arunachal Pradesh)

Rules, 2021.
