CORRIGENDUM

The 20th April, 2026

No. HOME-12023/30/2024/308.—In the Arunachal Pradesh Prison Manual, 2017, Chapter XXIX under

the heading “Board of Visitors” in Para 29.03 -

1.

In clause (d), for the words “Chief Medical Officer”, the words “District Medical Officer” shall be

substituted.

2.

In clause (f), for the words “District Education Officer”, the words “Deputy Director of School

Education” shall be substituted.

3.

In clause (g), for the words “District Social Welfare Officer”, the words “Deputy Director (Women and

Child Development)” shall be substituted.

4.

In clause (h), for the words “District Employment Officer”, the words “District Labour and

Employment Officer”, shall be substituted.

5.

In clause (i), for the words “District Industries Officer”, the words “Deputy/Assistant Director

(Industries)” shall be substituted.
