DE-NOTIFICATION
No. LMD-13011(11)/9/2026/291.— WHEREAS, the below schedule land was notified by the Government of
Arunachal Pradesh vide Notification No. LR-59/93 dated 5th June, 2010 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act,
1894, Notification No. LRE-5723/2014 dated 26th February, 2014 and Notification No. REV/5/80/2417 dated
16th February, 2015. Under Section 10 of Jhum Land Regulation, 1947 for acquisition of land for Indian Army at
Shivaji Nagar, Denning Camp and Lohitput, Lohit District, Arunachal Pradesh.
AND WHEREAS, the Government of Arunachal Pradesh is satisfied that the land mentioned in the schedule
below will not be acquired under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and the Jhum Land Regulation, 1947. It is hereby
notified that land in the locality described in the scheduled below is not needed for acquisition under the Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 and the Jhum Land Regulation, 1947.
NOW THEREFORE, the Notification No. LR-59/93 dated 5th June, 2010 under Section 4 of the Land
Acquisition Act, 1894, Notification No. LRE-5723/2014 dated 26th February, 2014 and Notification No. REV/5/80/2417
dated 16th February, 2015 under Section 10 of Jhum Land Regulation, 1947 for acquisition of land for Indian Army at
Shivaji Nagar, Denning Camp Regulation, and Lohitpur, Lohit District, Arunachal Pradesh is hereby withdrawn and
cancelled for all purpose.
