PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION
The 8th June, 2026
(Issued Under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land
Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-Settlement Act, 2013)
No. LMD-13011(12)/1/2026/467.— WHEREAS, the power and functions of the appropriate authority under
the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 vest with the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh
which shall be exercised and discharged by him within the State.
WHEREAS, it appears to the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh that the land is likely to be needed at the
locality more fully described in the schedule below is required/under occupation of 91 Road Construction
Company (GREF), for construction of Re-Alignment of OKSRT ROAD FROM Km 0.00 (starting point from
KM 51.300 on existing OKSRT road) to KM 8.060 under Kalaktang Sub-Division, West Kameng District, Arunachal
Pradesh. The user agency, i.e. 91 RCC (GREF) vide letter No. 2229/AE-DIPR/64-79/OKSRT/58/E2 dated 7th
December, 2024 has intimated that no SIA is required for this case in view of non-displacement of any affected
land owners.
NOW THEREFORE, this notification is made under the provisions of Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair
Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 to all whom
it may concern.
The Government is pleased to authorize Deputy Commissioner West Kameng, the Officer Commanding,
91 RCC (GREF) and their staff to enter upon and survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the
sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in
Section 12 of the said Act.
Under Section 11(4) of the Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land
i.e. sale/purchase, etc. or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of such
notification without prior approval of the Collector.
Any person interested in the said land and whosoever has any objection to the acquisition of the said
land, may within 30(thirty) days from the date of publication of this notification as provided under Section-15 of
the Act, file such objection in writing before the Deputy Commissioner, West Kameng District, Bomdila,
Arunachal Pradesh.
