NOTIFICATION

The 10th July, 2026

No. HOME-12040/6/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 8 of the

Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (Act No. 52 of 1974), the

Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to extend the tenure of the Advisory Board constituted under the

said Act vide Government Notification of even numder dated 20th March, 2025 for a further period of one year.

The tenure of the Advisory Board shall be for a period of one year from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette.
