The 22nd July, 2026.

No.HOME-12049/1/2021/725 - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (3)

Section 3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (Act No.65 of 1980 ), the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is

pleased to extend the period of 3 (three) months notified vide notification of even number dated 8th April, 2026

for exercise of powers by the District Magistrates/Deputy Commissioners under the provisions of sub-Section

(2) of Section 3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (Act No. 65 of 1980) for further period of 3 (three) months

with effect from 01/08/2026 to 31/10/2026.
