No.LAE/42/2026(Computer e-file No. 292976/1011.— In exercise of the power conferred by Sub-Section (4)

of Section 42 of the Code on Wages, 2019 read with Rule 28 & 29 of the Code on Wages (Arunachal

Pradesh) Rules, 2022 and in supersession of the earlier Government Notification No.LAB(W)87/2022 dated

29th October, 2025, except as respect to things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, is pleased to re-constitute the State Advisory Board on Minimum Wages

(SABMW) with the following members to advise the Government in the matter of fixing/revising of minimum

wages and other matters;

The State Advisory Board on Minimum Wages shall co-ordinate the work of sub-committee appointed

under Section 42(5) of the Code on Wages, 2019 and to advise the government in the matter of fixing and

revising minimum rate of wages payable to the workers under schedule employment.

The official members of the State Minimum Wages Advisory Board shall draw TA/DA from their

respective Department/Organization for attending Board meeting/sitting as may be applicable and as per their

entitlement. The non-official members shall draw their TA/DA as admissible to Group- ‘A’ Officer of the lowest

rank from the Labour and Employment Department as may be applicable.

The terms of the office of the official and non-official members of the Board shall be 5 (five) years from

the date of issue of this notification, provided that such members notwithstanding the expiry of two years will

continue to hold office until the successors are nominated/appointed.
