No.DULB/Estt-28/2022-23/712-84.—In pursuance of the approval of the Hon’ble Cabinet vide

No.CAB/M-10/7/2026 dated 20th July, 2026 and in the interest of public service and in administrative

exigencies, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint Shri Hano Takka, Joint Director, IT and

Communication, to the post of Director, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), under the Department of Urban Affairs

against the sanctioned post of Director, Urban Local Bodies in the Pay Matrix Level -13 ₹1,23,100-2,15,900

per month plus other allowances as admissible to state Government employees as per rules in force from

time to time with immediate effect.

The other terms and conditions which have not been specified herein shall be governed/ regulated in

accordance with the relevant rules and instructions issued by the Government from time to time.

His pay and allowances shall be debitable to Code- 01 Head of Account 2217-UD 80-001-03-00-01

Salaries (Revenue) under Demand No. 68.

This is issued with the approval of Competent Authority vide Computer No. 94506 dated 24th July, 2026.
