No. AR/14/2026-SECT-4-AR/282.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (1) of

Article 316 of the Constitution of India read with clause 4 of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission

Regulation, 1988, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint Shri Taru Talo, IAS (Retd), as

member of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC). The pay and allowances of the post

shall be governed by clause 6 of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulation, 1988 as

amended from time to time, with effect from the date he assumes the charge of the office. He shall hold the

office for a term of 6 (six) years from the date on which he enters upon the office or till he attains the age of 62

years, whichever, is earlier, in terms of provisions of clause(2) of Article 316 of the Constitution of India.
