PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

Issued under Section 11(1) read with Section 40(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013
(Invoking Urgency Clause)
No. LMD-13011(11)/31/2026/E-333081.--- WHEREAS, it appears to the Governor that a two-span bridge
of 4800 Sqm and 4800 Sqm of land is required on Nacho to Tama Chung Chung Road under Limeking Circle of
Upper Subansiri District, Arunachal Pradesh for public purpose, namely Construction of approach Roads of 45
and 75 Meters span permanent bridge location at KM 23.450 and KM 41.030 by 128 RCC GREF.
A total of Nil/families are likely to be displaced due to the land acquisition. The reason necessitating such
as is given below :
The Deputy Commissioner, Daporijo, Upper Subansiri District, is appointed as Administrator for the
purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement/compensation of the affected families. Therefore, it is notified that for
the above said project located at KM 23.450 and KM 41.030 on Nacho to Tama Chung Chung Road under
Limeking Circles of Upper Subansiri District, a piece of land measuring 4800 Sqm and 4800 Sqm of land of
standard measurement , whose detailed description is as follows, is under acquisition :-

This notification is made under the provisions of Section 40(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
A plan of the and may be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner/Collector and DLRSO on any
working day during the working hours.
The Governor is pleased to authorize the Deputy Commissioner, Daporijo, Upper Subansiri District,
128 RCC GREF and their staff to enter upon and survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil
and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in Section 12 of the
said Act.
Under Section 11(4) of the Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e.
sale/purchase, etc. or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of such notification
without prior approval of the Collector.
The provisions of sub-section (1), (2) and sub-section (3) of Section 40 of the Right to Fair Compensation
and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 are applicable to the acquisition
of the aforesaid land.
