The 3rd August, 2026

No.LAE/180/2026/1570.— In terms of the clause (g) of Section 2 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020

(Central Act No.35 of 2020), the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to designate the Deputy Labour

Commissioner, Arunachal Pradesh as the Certifying Officer for the whole of the State of Arunachal

Pradesh to perform the functions of a Certifying Officer under the provisions of Chapter IV of the said

Code with immediate effect.
