Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020) the Government of Arunachal Pradesh hereby appoints the

officers specified in column (2) of the Table below to be the APPELLATE AUTHORITY to hear and decide

appeals against the orders passed by the Competent Authority under Section 56(5) of the Code, within the
