PRELIMINARY NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN

(CDP) FOR HOLLONGI AIRPORT PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AREA

(HOLLONGI, KOKILA AND CHENGMARA) - 2041

[Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 23 of the Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country Planning Act, 2007

(Act No. 3 of 2008)]

PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

The 24th August, 2026

No. TP-19013/5/2026-DIR-TP(E-321397)/764-82.— In pursuance to the provision of sub-section (1)

of Section 23 of the Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country Planning Act, 2007 (Act No. 3 of 2008) read with

Rule 3(1)(a) Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country Planning Rules, 2011, the State Government hereby

notifies that the Draft Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for Hollongi Airport Planning and

Development Area (Hollongi, Kokila and Chengmara)-2041 is hereby published and the notice is given

that a copy of the said Draft Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) is available for inspection at the following

offices apart from the office of Director,Town Planning, Mowb-II, Itanagar, during the office hours on all working

days: -

1. Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Yupia, Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh.

2. Office of the Chief Executive Officer, HADPA, Itanagar.

3. Facebook Page: Arunachal Town Planning DotIn.

The particulars of the said Draft Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) have been specified in the

Schedule below :

SCHEDULE

1.

The Existing Land Use Map;

2.

The Proposed Land Use Map;

3.

A narrative report, supported by maps and charts, explaining the provisions of the Draft Comprehensive

Development Plan (CDP) for Hollongi Airport Planning and Development Area (Hollongi, Kokila and

Chengmara)- 2041;

If any individual or any department or anybody has any claim objection or suggestion with respect to the

Draft Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for Hollongi Airport Planning and Development Area

(Hollongi, Kokila and Chengmara)- 2041, the same should be sent to the Town Planner, HAPDA, before the

expiry of 60 days from the date of publication of this notice.
