The 9th September, 2026

No. LMD-13011(11)/33/2026/1238.—WHEREAS, the land measuring 4 Acres located at Lanchu Village,

Khenewa Circle described in the schedule below have Jointly and Voluntarily donated by the representatives of

Lamino Welfare Society, Jokhio Welfare Society, private land owners namely Shri Takheng Lamnio and others

and Langchu Communities representative of Taping Village on free of cost to the Indo Tibetan Border Police

(ITBP) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for the establishment of Border Out Post (BOP)

at Langchu Village under Khenewa Circle, East Kameng District, Seppa, Arunachal Pradesh.

NOW THEREFORE, the land as mentioned above as described in the schedule shall be used

for the purpose of “Establishment of Border Out Post (BOP) at Langchu Village under Khenewa Circle,

East Kameng District, Seppa, Arunachal Pradesh”.
