No. KRA.7/2013-2014/54.- Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Karimganj, it is expedient

or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with acquisition of land for establishment

of BOP Chandsrikona, now therefore, in pursuance of Section 9 of the Assam Land (Requisition and

Acquisition) Act.1964, the Collector of Karimganj is pleased to order that the land as per Schedule

below, measuring an area of 04 Bighas 10 Kathas 09 Chattaks of Mouza-Chandsrikona Ph-Kushiyarkul,

P. S. & Dist. Karimganj shall be acquired.
