Name of Scheme : Acqusition of land for Jinari Flow Irrigation Scheme
No. GRQ-1/2014/406.- Whereas in opinion of the Collector of Goalpara it is expedient or
necessary to acquire land speedly for works or other development measures or in connection with flood
control and anti-erosion measures, embankment and drainage, now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 9
of the Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act,1964, the Collector of Goalpara is pleased, to
order that the land as per schedule below measuring an area of bighas 88 (eighty eight) Katha 1 (one)
lessas 17 (seventeen) in the village (1) Moijonga, (2) Hadigaon, (3) Bujuruk Manikpur, (4) Khamar
Manikpur, (5) Tukura Pt.-I, (6) Tukura Pt.-II Circle Matia of Goalpara District shall be acquired.
