NOTIFICATION

No. HLB. 454/2016/40 .– In supersession of earlier order issued vide this deptt’s Notification No.

HLB. 92/2001/143 dt. 03-04-2013, the Governor of Assam is pleased to enhance the rates of Registration

Fees and rental for beds for patients in general wards in the Medical College & Hospitals of the State and

Regional Dental College, Assam as follows :–

i. Registration fees from Rs. 5.00 to Rs. 10.00

ii.Rental for bed from Rs. 5.00 to Rs. 10.00

The other rates fixed vide above notification dt. 03-04-2013 remains same.

The Hospital Management Society of Medical College & Hospitals of the State and Regional Dental

College, Assam are hereby allowed to deposit the enhanced Registration Fees as well as existing user charges

from different Hospital Services in the existing saving account of the Hospital Management Society and

utilization of the same as envisaged in Scheme for Delegation of Hospital Autonomy.

This is issued with the concurrence of Finance (EC-III) Department vide their U/O No. 1982/2016

dated 12/01/2017 and approval of Cabinet dated 23/03/2017.
