No.ASE.262/2017/50.- The Governor of Assam under the provision of Section

1(3) of the Assam Education (Provincialisation of Services of Teacher and Re-organization

of Educational Institutions) Act, 20 17(Assam Act No. XXV of 2017) is pleased to notify

that except the provisions under Section 4 and 8, the remaining provisions of the said Act to

have come into force with effect from 5th May, 2017.
