No. BTC/LR-161/2014/45.- Notice under Section 4 served Pattadars/Possessors of the land
under Section 4(four) of L. A. Act. 1964 Vide No BTC/LR-161/2014/27, Dated 17th September,
2014 No objection/claims received from the Pattadars/Possessors to this end. In view of the no objections/
claims etc. Received from the Pattadars, BTC is pleased to issue notification/order under Section 6(1) of the L.
A. Act. Fixing Rs. 2,87,449.00 (Rupees two lakh eighty seven thousand four hundred forty nine) only per
bigha of the village Phulguri F. I. S. (Flow Irrigation Scheme). The valuation report of the C. O. vice
letter No. MCRS-5/2015/598, Dated 21st July, 2015 is considered. The calculation of the valuation of the
land for the pattadars is indicated below:–
