(Requisition and Acquistion) act 1964 (Act XV of 1964) under Notification No ............................. Dated
..................................... I Smti. Laya Madduri, IAS, Collector & Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh District do
hereby requisition under S.3 (1) of the Assam Land Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964, the land described in
the schedule below with effect from the date of this order, for the purpose of Construction of 33 KV overhead
line (Land Measuring 0B-3K-12Ls) for Railway siding of BCPL, at Village Ghuronia Tea Garden,
Tinsukia Village and Binoigutia Village, Lepetkatta under Dibrugarh District for the purpose of
maintaining of supplies and scrvice essential to the life of the community.
