No. LA.11/2017/FREMAA/Tranche-II/Barbhitha Kachari Gaon .- Whereas in the opinion
of the Collector of Kamrup, it is expedient or necessary to acquire speedily the below mentioned
schedule of land for implementing the works of "Assam Integrated Flood & Riverbank Erosion
Risk Management Project for Gumi and its downstream area - Tranche-II" vide letter No.
SWD/TECH/ADB/39/21 dated 31/05/2017 received from the Executive Engineer, Guwahati West
W.R. Division, Bharalumukh, Guwahati-09 and communication received from the Joint Secretary
to the Govt. of Assam, Revenue & D.M. Department, Dispur vide No. RLA.116/2013/166 Dated
07/06/2017. Now, therefore, in pursuance of Sub-Section (1) of Section 9 of the Assam Land
(Requisition & Acquisition) Act, 1964, the Collector, Kamrup, Amingaon is pleased to order that
the land as scheduled below measuring 9 (nine) Bighas - 1 (one) Katha - 8(eight) Lechas of village
Barbhitha Kachari Gaon under Goroimari Revenue Circle shall be acquired for the above purpose.
