No. BRLA-41/2011/175.– Whereas in the opinion of the Deputy Commissioner & Collector

of Barpeta District it is necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with the Scheme

"Improvement & Strengthening of State Highway No. 2 Including doulble laning of existing carriageway

under ASRP land acquisition thereof Portion from langla to Barpeta Town”. Now, therefore, in

purauance of Section 9(1) of the Assam Land (Requisition & Acquisition) Act, 1964.

I, Shri ‘Thaneswar Malakar, lAS, Deputy Commissioner & Collector, Barpeta is pleased to

order that the land as per Schedule below measuring an area of 10B-4K-14Ls of land in the

Village : Udmari, Mouza : Titapani, Sub-Division : Barpet in the Barpeta District shall be acquired.
