No. BRLA-42/2011/191.– Whereas in the opinion of the Deputy. Comissioner & Collector

of Barpeta District it is necessary to acquire land speediIy for works in connection with the Scheme

"Impprovement & Strangtheningof state Highway No. 2 incIuding double laning of existing

carriageway under ASAP land acquisition thereof Portion from Langla to Barpeta Town". Now,

therefore, in pursuance of Section 9(1) of the Assam Land( Requisition & Acquisition) Act. 1964.

I, Shri Thaneswar Malakar, lAS, Deputy Commissioner & Collector, Barpeta is pleased to

order that the land as per schedule below measuring an area of 21B-1K-5Ls of land in the Village

Saopur, Mouza : Titapani, Sub-Division : Barpeta in the Barpeta District shall be acquired.
