No. BRLA-10/2013/42.- Whereas in the opinion of the Deputy Commissioner & Collector of

Barpeta District it is necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with the Scheme “Immediate

measure to B/Dyke from Bahari to Baghbar (Closing of breach gap at Manikpur area with ancillary

works) under SDRF for 2012-13”. Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 9( 1) of the Assam Land

(Requisition & Acquisition) Act, 1964 .

I, Shri Thaneswar Matakar, IAS, Deputy Commissioner & Collector, Barpeta is pleased to order

that the land as per schedule below measuring an area of 4B-1K-18Ls of land in the Village-Mahammadpur,

Mouza-Jania, Sub-Division-Barpeta in the Barpeta District shall be acquired.
