The above delegation will be a one time exception for administrative expediency.

The above delegation shall take effect from the date of issue of the Notification.

enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Assam is pleased to direct that the following further amendment has been

done under the Delegation of Financial Powers Rules 1999.
