No.BLA.27/2018/32.- Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Bongaigaon, it is expe-
dient or necessary to acquire land speedily for construction of Canal under Champamati Ca-
nal Division (Irrigation) Dhaligaon, now, therefore in pursuance of Section 9 of the Assam
Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964, the Collector of Bongaigaon is pleased to order
that the land as per schedule below measuring an area of 16 Bighas - 3 Kathas - 11 Lessas in the
Village - Tilpukhuri, Mouza - Dangtol in Dangtol Revenue Circle, Sub-Division - Bongaigaon
(Sadar) of Bongaigaon District shall be acquired.
