NOTIFICATION

No. PWRD/RCTRC/FACULTY/2019/128/4072-77.- RCTRC (Rural Connectivity

Training & Research Centre) Assam is set up under Public Works Road Department (PWRD)

within the campus of Assam Road Research and Training Institute (ARR&Tl) at Fatashil Ambari,

Guwahati-25 with vision to transform into Centre of Excellence in Training and Research towards

capacity building of PWD functionaries and the stake holders who are involved in construction, as

well as, maintenance activities in the road industry of the state. Its role envisages helping sustainable

growth and progression in capacity of the Department for the greater interest of the region.

RCTRC, Assam will utilize the services of the individuals/professionals in different training

programmes proposed as per existing levels of capacity and understanding of different functionaries

of the Department. Selected individuals/professionals will be bestowed responsibility to train

different level engineers, technicians, accounts and audit staffs and contractors, consultants who

partners in the development of the road sector in the state and entire North East as well.

PWRD Assam through Director, RCTRC invites Expression of Interest from interested

eligible individuals/professionals in the field of construction maintenance, asset maintenance

management, quality management, project management, material testing and management,

environment issues, road safety, to get empanelled as faculty for different training programmes

under PWRD, Assam at Guwahati. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) is made available in

the department official website www.apwd.in. All biodata as per attached cv format to be submitted

to The Director, RCTRC, PWRD, Fatashil Ambari, Guwahati-25 at email [email protected]

on or before 31st July, 2019.
