No. RLA 50/2020/3.- It is hereby notified that in pursuance of Section 6 (1) of the land
(Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 (Assam Act XV of 1964), the Collector, Jorhat is
pleased to decide the acquisition with effect from the date of publication of this notice of
the land requisitioned under Section 3 (1) of the said Act as per Schedule below, measuring
an area of 0 (Zero) Bigha–4 (Four) Katha–0 (Zero) Lessa in village Sonari Gaon under
Mouza Charaibahi in the District of Jorhat for "Construction of Railway Over Bridge (ROB)
at Jorhat Town in replacement of Railway L C Gate No. FM-57-B-l Km-65/4-6 on
Kamarbandha Road in Jorhat District".
