No. RLA 108/2021/104.- It is hereby Notifies that in pursuance of Section 6 (1)
of Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 (Act XV of 1994) the Governor
of Assam is pleased to decide the acquisition with effect from the date of publication of
this notice of the land requisition under Section 3 (1) of the said Act as per Schedule
below, measuring as area of 4 Bigha-2 Katha-12.2 Lessa in mouza/paragana Balipar
Village No. 3 Hatibari, Kachari Gaon Bagicha 1st Part, No. 4 Hatibari, Rangapara Town
in the Sonitpur district of Assam of acquisition of land for construction of two lane
Railway Over Bridge in replacement of Railway L.C. Gate No. 70 at Railway KM 123/
5-6 between Rangapara North Balipara Station under Chariduar Revenue Circle.
