No. GAG(A).66/2021/36.- The Governor of Assam is pleased to re-designate the

name of “Karmachari Award” as “Lok Sewa Puraskar” to be announced on 5^th August

every year on the occasion of “Lok Kalyan Divas”.

The phrase “Karmachari Award” is replaced with “Lok Sewa Puraskar” in the

guidelines issued in this regard.
