NOTIFICATION

The 2nd February, 2023

No. ECF.267248/24.- In pursuance of the Cabinet’s approval communicated vide

letter No. PLA(V)13/2022/146, dated 27th January, 2023, henceforth Cement is excluded

from the negative list of IIPA, 2019 considering the present requirement of investment

and employment generation.

This will come into effect from the date of publication of this notification.
