NOTICE

For Election of APC 2023

APC/Election/87/Pt.II/2023/175.- It is for general information to all the Registered Pharmacist

of APC registered U/S 32 (2) of the Act 1948, and who intend to participate the Election of State

Pharmacy Council 2023 and who are working in various organization either in Government or Non-

Government must enclose NOC (in original) issued by the respective department’s competent authorities

along with their nomination Form A of the Rules 1959. And the prescribe fees for election of APC will

be as stated below:

(i)

Electoral roll

Rs.5000/-

(ii)

Nomination Paper

Rs.2000/-

(iii)

Security Money for Candidate

Rs. 15000/-

The candidate who has award/or awarded equal or less than 30% votes, his/her Security money

will be forfeited (Non-refundable)
