No. E. 235786/1.- The Governor of Assam is pleased to notify 3% annual increment

for the Muster Roll, Casual and Fixed pay workers, who were approved for payment of

minimum of the pay scale vide Notification No. FEC(II) 4/2014/414 dated 3rd October,

2019. The list of such workers has already been finalized by Finance Department and will

not be amended, hereinafter.

This order will be effective from 1st April, 2023.
