No. E 277981/1.- Whereas the President of India has been pleased to appoint

Shri Gulab Chand Kataria to discharge the functions of the Governor of Assam, it is

hereby notified that Shri Gulab Chand Kataria has in the forenoon on this 22^nd day of

February, 2023 (3^rd Phalguna 1944 Saka) taken upon himself to the discharge of the

functions of the Governor of Assam.
