KARBI ANGLONG AUTONOMOUS COUNCIL
(THIRTIETH AMENDMENT) BILL, 2023
No. KAAC/LD 573/Bill No. 1 of 2023/3.- In pursuance of Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 73 of the
Assam Autonomous Districts (Constitution of District Council) Rules, 1951, as applicable to and
amended by the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, the following Bill called "The Constitution
of the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Coucil (Thirtieth Amendment) Bill, 2023". which after receiving
the approval of the Governor of Assam for introduction undr Sub-Rule (3) of the said Rule, is
intended to be introduced in the Session of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council is hereby published
together with the statement of Objects and Resasons.
