NOTIFICATION

The 29th April, 2023

E 225755/46.- The Governor of Assam is hereby pleased to order that the

97 (ninety seven) Tea Garden Model High Schools as per enclosed list, which have

been established by the State Government of Assam, shall be treated as Government

School and therefore, the recruitment including other service conditions of the

employees of the said Schools shall be Governed by the Assam Secondary Education

(Government Schools) Service Rules, 2020.

This shall come into force with immediate effect.
