No. ABP. 129/2018/175.- In continuation of this Department's O.M. No. ABP.129/

2018/174, dated 29th April, 2023, while the EWS criteria for job continues to be kept in

abeyance as conveyed in O.M. No. ABP.129/2018/170, dated 21st December, 2022, for

the limited purpose of examination of EWS certificate for the recruitments which were

advertised before the issue of the O.M. No. ABP.129/2018/170, dated 21st December,

2022, it is clarified that the EWS certificate of the candidates selected shall be valid only

when such certificates are issued by Circle Officer/Circle Officer (Attached) in the same

financial year in which the advertisement was issued.
