NOTIFICATION

Ecf No. 441422/1.- In partial modification of this Department’s earlier Notification Ecf No.

234314 Dated Dispur 30/12/2023, the Governor of Assam is pleased to extend the timeline for

payment of settlement premium (full payment for rural areas or full or 30% first installment for

town and peripheral lands) by the applicants who have been given offer of settlement under

Mission Basundhara 2.0 up to 15th February, 2024 against the present deadline of 31st February,

2024.

It is also clarified that no further extension shall be given and the offer of settlement shall

stand cancelled with effect from 16th February, 2024 if no payment of premium is received from

a applicant within extended time as above.
