L. A. Case No. 11/2024/564.-It is hereby notified that in pursuance of Section 6(1) of the
Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 (Assam Act XV of 1964), the Governor of
Assam is pleased to decide the acquisition with effect from the date of publication of this notice
of the land requisitioned under section 3(1) of said Act as per schedule below measuring an area
of K.P land IB-IK-l1.SL and A.P Land-OB-OK- 3L Total Land measuring IB-IK-14.SL in
village Jogipara under Mouza - Dakhinrani in the district of Kamrup Metropolitan for the
purpose acquisition of land to convert the exiting 2 lane road connecting LGBI Airport Guwahati
from VIP Junction to 6 lane road under P.M devine programme and SOPD(G).
