No. PDA. 7/2024/ZPC/23.- In exercise of the power conferred under Sub-section (1) of

Section 65 of the Assam Panchayat Act, 1994 (as amended) read with Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 8

of the Assam Panchayat (Constitution) Rules, 1995 (as amended) and in pursuance to the Cabinet

decision taken in its meeting held on 8th October, 2024, the Governor of Assam is pleased to

notify the following Zilla Parishad Constituencies (ZPC) along with their corresponding Gaon

Panchayats under Charaideo District.
