No. MRQ.2/2022/Part.I/LA Case No. 9/2024/182 .-Whereas in the opinion of the Collector
of Morigaon it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with
“Construction of T/Dyke along right bank of river Killong from Ouguri to NH-Way" now therefore,
in pursuance of section 9 of Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 the Collector of
Morigaon is pleased to order that the land as per scheduled below measuring an area of 13 Bigha
09 Lessa in the village Palahguri under Uttarkhola Mouza in Morigaon Rev. Circle of Morigaon
District shall be acquired.
