No. E-557775/2024.- Governor of Assam is pleased to order rollout of e-Deed module in

NGDRS incorporating e-KYC through Aadhaar and Pan, across all Registration Offices of Assam

with effect from 31st January, 2025 with a view to facilitate the common citizens with standardized

paperless format of the deeds for fast and smooth registration service.

However, the existing doucment registration in NGDRS will be available for the citizens

who have booked slots and processed for registration prior to 15/02/2025 (11:59 pm).
