NOTIFICATION

No. MRQ.19/2025/LA Case No.1/2025/264.- Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Morigaon,
it is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with "Construction of T/Dyke
along right bank of river Killing from Ouguri to NH-way" now therefore, in pursuance of section 9 of Assam
Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 the Collector of Morigaon is pleased to order that the land as
per schedule below measuring an area of 52 Bigha 2 Katha 02 Lessa Periodic Patta land and 1 Bigha 0 Katha
13 Lessa Annual Patta land in the village Borkhal under Uttarkhola mouza in Morigaon Revenue Circle of
Morigaon District shall be acquired.
