No.633406/2.- In view of the suspension of Sri Vanlallawmpuia Chinzah, Labour Officer,

Sribhumi, Assam vide Notification No.633406/1 dated 10th April, 2025, Sri Rana Engti, Asstt.

Labour Commissioner, Silchar will hold the Additional charge of Labour Officer, Sribhumi also

allowed to hold the charge of Drawing and Disbursing Officer (D.D.O.) in respect of the office

of the Labour Officer, Sribhumi until further orders.

He is however not entitled to exercise statutory powers like issue of sanction order under

DFP Rules or any other powers vested to the full fledged incumbent under any Act/Rules/

Regulation/By-law.
