No. 657042/09.- In the Interest of Public Service and considering the growing need for tech-
nical synergy among different stakeholders for effective management and promotion of sustainable,
resiltient, and intergrated water resources management across the state, the Governor of Assam is
pleased to constitute the "Technical Advisory Group (TAG)", which will serve as a High-Level
technical think tank for providing strategic technical guidance, fostering innovation and supporting
in policy and investment decision making in the State as per established standard and best practices.
The TAG will be chaired by the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Assam, with the
